What is the application process?
We have you fill out a personal application. This application will check your criminal, eviction, and credit history. We also require you to provide proof of income.

How important is my credit?
Credit is the last of the 4 criteria we check and alone is usually not a deciding factor.

How can I view the property?
Talley Properties has 2 options for viewing vacant properties. The first is a key check out program that allows you to check out a key for 24 hours after meeting certain criteria. The second method is to setup an appointment for viewing the property with one of our agents.

Does Talley Properties Inc. own this property?
Talley Properties Inc. does not own any of the properties we represent. We act as an agent on behalf of a number of different property owners.

Do you allow Pets?
Most property owners allow us to place pets in the homes however, there is often a limit on the size and number allowed.  There is also a $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet.  Please call for information on individual properties.
