Talley Properties is a full service property management that has been serving the Charlotte region for over 25 years.   We provide everything from initial property consultation and assessment, tenant screening and placement, 24/7 maintenance, and full accounting services.  Our primary focus is in the single family home market.  This encompasses homes 1600sq ft and larger, 3-4-5 plus bedrooms, and usually less than 10 years old. 

We also have a large presence in the UNC-Charlotte University area.  Because of the natural differences in managing college apartments and single family homes we separate this segment of our business into a separate division. 

Talley Properties also manages several apartment complexes and commercial facilities.

In early 2007, Talley Properties also began to offer buying and selling services specializing in investment properties.
