We'll conduct a thorough screening, including credit history, criminal background check, eviction records, employment/income verification, and rental references. You'll need to provide proof of identification (e.g., driver's license) and income (typically last two paystubs or equivalent). Applications are processed quickly—our goal is to help qualified applicants secure their new home efficiently. A non-refundable $75 application fee per adult applies.How can I view the property?

Most of our property owners welcome pets, with reasonable limits on number, size, or type depending on the home. An initial pet fee and a $35 monthly pet rent premium per pet typically applies (this supports property upkeep and is separate from any one-time fees). Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) and Service Animals are accommodated free of charge in accordance with federal Fair Housing laws—no pet rent or fees apply when properly documented.
