Great property management company from beginning to end! After having a bad experience with my previous property management company with my deposit being returned, I wasn’t expecting much. The previous company tried to keep my whole deposit for things like a missing toilet paper holder roll etc. (way to much to mention) Luckily I took video and received half! Today I received my full deposit from Talley Properties!! I wasn’t even expecting the full refund!! Other great things to mention is they allowed me to keep the power on in there name two days so I could move in before it was switched to my name, easy approval, great maintenance staff, they kept the property up, and they don’t bother you!!! Thank you Talley for the great experience of leasing from you until I purchased my home! Thank you for returning my full deposit! That’s huge! Most landlords are not that great in this market!!
